Hi! I’m a mother to three, student at the University of Washington, and teacher. Bainbridge Island, WA has been my home for 5 years, and this summer we’re moving to New Zealand for a year. This is a record of some of my favorite parts of life.

I was curious about the hydrangeas you started from hardwood cuttings. Do any of them look like their starting to come out? Are the buds swelling?
Hi hydrangeashoh–no go for the hydrangea cuttings. None of them rooted, and they gradually died off. I’ll try again, though!
