On the blue wave of silence

With Neruda on the mind and Seattle on the horizon.

This morning we paddled north of Eagle Harbor, to Yeomalt Point.

I am guessing you mean the 20th century poet? I have read some of his work but will check him out more now that I know you like him. :) My favorite poet is Sara Teasdale. Her poetry has this sing song kind of rythm and her words are easy and meaningful with a catch at the end. It was so nice seeing you on Pioneer Day. It would be nice to go to Seattle sometime with you as well. I have a deep love for art and would love to peruse the museum without kids in tow. What do you say?

Hi Katie! Yeah, I was referring to Pablo Neruda, one of my favorites. I would absolutely love to have a Seattle outing with you! Let’s do it.
